Terms & ConditionS

In consideration of Keinzley Agvet Ltd allowing me/us to purchase goods or use their services on credit:

I/WE HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:

1. All accounts are payable by the 20th of the month following purchases.

2. All claims and request for credit must be made within fourteen days of invoicing, in each case quoting relevant invoice numbers.

3. Interest at the rate of 2.5% per month or at such rate as may be determined by the Company from time to time may be charged on all accounts overdue for payment.

4. I/We shall pay or reimburse to you all costs and/or expenses incurred by you in instructing a Solicitor and/or a Debt Collecting Agency to recover any amount overdue for payment and such costs and expenses shall bear interest as provided in Paragraph 2 hereof from the date upon which they are paid or incurred by you up to and including the date upon which I shall pay or reimburse you.

5. The ownership and property in the goods delivered remains with Keinzley Agvet until payment in full has been received and if the payment is not made by the due date, the Company shall, without prejudice to other remedies, be entitled to reposes the goods, or other goods in lieu of and hold them until payment in full has been received, or to resell the goods and recover the deficiency on resale plus costs of repossession from you.

6. I/We hereby irrevocably authorises any person or Company to provide you with such information as you may require in response to your credit enquiries.

7. I/We further authorise you to furnish to any third party details of this application and any subsequent dealings that I/We may have with you as a result of this application being actioned.
